NOTE: We will need to verify that you are authorized to make changes to the account and may contact you before changes are finalized.
Standard procedure:
Standard Procedure for Burglary signals: Location phone/first number on list is called to verify alarm. If no answer or alarm is not canceled using password, Police will be dispatched, then Call List numbers are called once. If a call is answered, and the operator notifies the person of the issue, no further calls are made. If no one answers, a message will be left if possible.
If texting option is chosen, texts go out immediately, then calls are made. To cancel a dispatch you should call the central station back and provide your password when prompted.
Standard Fire signal procedure: Fire department is dispatched first, then location is called to verify, if no answer or alarm not canceled using password, then call list is called (as above).

Text messages from the central station will include one of those as their callback number.
