Controlling your alarm through Alexa

Our customers with Smartlink+ app control or Total Connect 2.0 app control for their alarms can use the Alexa app to ARM and check the status of their alarms. You should not be able to disarm your alarm that way. You’ll have to use your TC or Smartlink app or system keypad or keyfob to disarm.

If you have a system that you control with Smartlink+ (2GIG Rely, GC2, or a DSC or Honeywell with a Resolution Interactive gateway module IGM, click here for Instructions.
